At Z-Axis Wear, we specialize in custom printed T-shirts and made-to-order digital print apparel. Because each item is printed specifically for you, this Custom Policy explains your rights and responsibilities when placing a custom order.
Please read this policy carefully before placing a custom order. By submitting a custom order, you acknowledge and agree to all terms below.

SECTION 1 – What Is a Custom Order?
A custom order means any product that is printed with a design specifically for you based on your selections, including:
- Custom printed T-shirts with your uploaded design
- Personalized text or graphics
- Any made-to-order item that is not pre-manufactured
Non-custom items (ready-to-ship products without personalization) are subject to our standard Refund Policy.
SECTION 2 – Design Requirements & File Guidelines
To ensure the best print quality, please follow these design guidelines:

Important: You represent and warrant that you own or have permission to use any design you upload. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order containing prohibited content without refund.
SECTION 3 – Order Review & Proof Approval
For complex custom orders, we may send you a digital mockup (proof) for approval before production.
- You will receive the proof via email within 1–2 business days after your order is placed
- You must review and approve the proof within 48 hours
- Production will not begin until you approve the proof
- If we do not receive approval within 48 hours, your order may be delayed
For standard custom orders (simple text or basic designs), we do not provide a proof unless requested. By placing your order, you confirm that the design preview shown at checkout is correct.
SECTION 4 – Cancellation Window (6 Hours)
You may cancel a custom order within 6 hours of placing it for a full refund.
After 6 hours, production may have already started, and cancellation is no longer possible.
To request a cancellation:
Email support@z-axiswear.com immediately with your order number and "CANCEL" in the subject line
Cancellations after 6 hours: If production has not started, we may still cancel at our discretion. If production has started, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
SECTION 5 – Order Modifications
You may request modifications to your custom order within 6 hours of placing it.
Common modifications include:
- Changing the design file
- Updating size or quantity
- Changing shipping address
To request a modification, email support@z-axiswear.com with your order number and the requested changes.
After 6 hours, modifications are not guaranteed, as production may have already begun.
SECTION 6 – Production & Shipping Timeline
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Note for custom items: Processing may take longer during holidays, promotional periods, or for complex custom designs. You will be notified if additional time is needed.

SECTION 7 – No Returns or Refunds for Custom Items
All custom printed T-shirts are non-returnable and non-refundable, except for defects or printing errors caused by us (see Section 8 below).
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong size selected (please check our size chart before ordering)
- Design preference issues (color brightness, placement, print size, or contrast)
- Errors in your uploaded design file (spelling, image quality, alignment, or resolution)
- Minor variations between the digital mockup and the final printed product
By placing a custom order, you agree that you have reviewed your design and size selection carefully and accept these terms.
SECTION 8 – Quality Guarantee & Defects
If your custom order arrives with a defect or printing error caused by us, we will make it right at no cost to you.
What qualifies as a defect:

What does NOT qualify as a defect:
- Normal color variation between screen and printed product
- Slight size variations (± 0.5 inches) due to garment manufacturing
- Wrinkles or folds from shipping (these can be ironed out)
- Issues caused by customer-provided low-resolution design files
How to report a defect:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@z-axiswear.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the issue (well-lit, full shirt and close-up)
- A brief description of the problem
We will offer (your choice):
- Free replacement (shipped to you at no cost)
- Full refund (including original shipping fees)
We never ask you to ship defective custom items back to China. We will resolve the issue based on photos alone.
SECTION 9 – Color Variance Disclaimer
Colors may appear differently on your computer monitor than on the final printed product.
Factors that affect color accuracy:
- Monitor settings (brightness, contrast, color calibration)
- Lighting when viewing your design
- Fabric type (cotton vs. blends absorb ink differently)
- Printing technology (DTG vs. screen print variations)
We print your design as accurately as possible, but we do not guarantee exact color matching between your screen and the physical product. Minor color variations do not qualify for a refund or replacement.
SECTION 10 – Customer-Provided Design Errors
You are fully responsible for the design file you upload.
We do not:
- Review or correct spelling, grammar, or design layout
- Check for image resolution issues
- Verify that you have rights to use the design
If your custom order is printed exactly as you uploaded it, but you are unhappy with the result due to your own design error, no refund or replacement will be provided.
Examples of customer design errors:
- Misspelled words
- Low-resolution images that print blurry
- Design placed incorrectly on the template
- Wrong color selected in the design tool

SECTION 11 – Bulk & Wholesale Custom Orders
For bulk custom orders (10+ items) or wholesale inquiries, additional terms apply:
- Lead time: 15–25 business days (depending on quantity and complexity)
- Proof required: A physical sample may be required for large orders (additional fee applies)
- Cancellation window: 24 hours for bulk orders (no cancellations after sample approval)
- Returns: Bulk custom orders are non-returnable under any circumstances unless defective
