Thank you for choosing Z-Axis Wear. We specialize in custom printed T-shirts and digital print apparel. Please read this shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, an Order Confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided. This email includes your order summary, shipping address, and billing details.
Custom orders note: For custom-designed T-shirts, production begins only after payment is confirmed. The processing time below applies from the moment payment is received.
2. Order Cut-off Time
Orders received by 6:00 PM (Pacific Time / GMT-08:00) will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
3. Free Standard Shipping
Enjoy free Standard Shipping on all orders over $59 USD after discounts and coupons have been applied.
4. Shipping Costs
For orders below $70.00 USD, a flat-rate shipping fee applies:

Note for custom items: Processing may take longer during holidays, promotional periods, or for complex custom designs. You will be notified if additional time is needed.

Important: These are estimates only. Deliveries may occasionally be affected by customs processing (if applicable), holidays, weather, or unforeseen carrier delays. We do not guarantee delivery dates.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
- Your tracking number
- A link to track your package
Tracking information may take 1–2 business days to become active after you receive the email.
7. Delivery Address
Orders are delivered to the shipping address you provided during checkout. Please double-check your address before submitting your order.
In rare cases where door-to-door delivery is unavailable in certain regions, your local postal service may hold the package for pickup. You will be notified if this occurs.
8. Shipping Fees Are Non-Refundable for Shipped Orders
Once your order has been shipped, the shipping fee you paid (if your order did not qualify for free shipping) is non-refundable, even if you later request a return or refund for the product.
This applies to:
- Orders where the customer pays the $7 flat-rate shipping fee
- Any upgraded or expedited shipping options (if offered in the future)
Example: If you paid 9.99forshippingandlaterreturntheproduct,the7 for shipping and later return the product, the 7 shipping fee will not be refunded. Only the product cost will be considered for refund (subject to our Return & Refund Policy).
This policy applies regardless of whether the return is for personal reasons or because the order was already in transit when the return was requested.
9. Import Taxes, Duties & Final Price – xxx Covers All
We want your shopping experience to be transparent.
The price you see at checkout is the final total price you pay.
xxx will cover and handle the payment of all import taxes, customs duties, and broker fees associated with shipping your order within the United States. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.
For orders shipped within the contiguous US, no additional customs or duty fees apply.
10. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost in transit or significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window:
- Please contact us at support@z-axiswear.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date
- We will work with the carrier to locate your package
- If confirmed lost, we will either reship your order or issue a full refund (at your choice)
11. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, xxx ships only to addresses within the United States (including the lower 48 states, Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories). We do not offer international shipping at this time.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
