Thank you for shopping at Z-Axis Wear. We specialize in custom printed T-shirts and made-to-order digital print apparel.

Because we keep our prices as low as possible by saving on warehousing, logistics, and labor costs — and passing those savings directly to you — our return process works differently from large retailers.

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Important: By placing an order, you agree to the terms below, including the return address location and the non-refundable shipping fee policy.

2. Custom Printed T-shirts – No Returns or Refunds

All custom printed T-shirts are made specifically for you based on your design and size selection. Because these items cannot be resold, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size chosen (please check our size chart before ordering)
  • Design preference issues (colors, placement, brightness, print size)
  • Errors in your uploaded design file (spelling, image quality, alignment)

Exception: If your custom order arrives damaged, defective, or has a printing error caused by us, see Section 7 below.

3. Non-Custom Items – Returns Accepted (Return to China)

For non-custom / ready-to-ship items (if available), you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Return requirements:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags attached
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Return address location:

Approved returns must be sent to our facility in China. We will provide the full return address upon approval.

Return shipping cost:

  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs to China
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (see Section 6)

Why do we return to China?

We operate with a lean, cost-saving model to keep our product prices affordable. We do not maintain a US-based return warehouse. This is how we offer you lower prices every day.

4. Return Process (Step by Step)

If your return request is approved and we require a physical return to China, you must follow these steps:

Step 1 – Contact us first

Email support@z-axiswear.com within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for return
  • Clear photos of the item (showing condition, tags, and any defects if applicable)

Do not ship anything before receiving our approval.

Step 2 – Receive return authorization

If your return is approved, we will send you:

  • A Return Authorization Number (RAN)
  • Our full return address in China
  • Any specific instructions

Step 3 – Prepare the item for return

The item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, undamaged
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Packed securely to avoid damage during transit

Step 4 – Ship with tracking

  • Use a trackable shipping service (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, or trackable international service)
  • Keep your tracking number and receipt
  • Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the package

Step 5 – Inspection & refund

  • Once we receive the item at our China facility, we will inspect it (allow 3–5 business days)
  • If approved, we will refund the product cost only (original shipping fee is non-refundable – see Section 6)
  • Refund will be issued to your original PayPal account within 5–10 business days after inspection

Important: If you ship without contacting us first, or without a Return Authorization Number, your return may be rejected or delayed, and no refund will be issued.

5. Partial Refund Without Return (Case by Case – With Safeguards)

We know shipping a low-cost item back to China often doesn’t make financial sense. In some cases, we may offer a partial refund without requiring a physical return — but this is offered at our discretion, not an automatic right.

How this works:

Step Action
1 Contact us at support@z-axiswear.com with your order number and clear photos showing the issue
2 We review your request. If approved, we will offer a partial refund of 20–50% of the product price (not including shipping)
3 You must destroy or cut up the item and send us a clear photo showing the item is unusable
4 Once we receive the destruction photo, we issue the partial refund to your PayPal account

Important restrictions (anti-abuse measures):

Restriction Details
Approval required Partial refund without return is not guaranteed. We may still ask you to return the item.
One time per order Maximum one partial refund without return per order.
No abuse If we suspect abuse (e.g., same customer repeatedly requesting partial refunds), we reserve the right to require a physical return to China.
Shipping fee Original shipping fee ($7 for non-free-shipping orders) is never refunded under this option.
Custom items Custom printed T-shirts are not eligible for this option (see Section 2).
High-value items For orders over $59 USD, we may require a physical return instead of a partial refund.

Example: You ordered a non-custom T-shirt for $30 and paid $7 for shipping. You are not satisfied with the size. We may offer you a partial refund of $10 (the $7 shipping fee is non-refundable).

6. Original Shipping Fees Are Non-Refundable

Once your order has been shipped, the shipping fee you paid (if your order did not qualify for free shipping) is non-refundable, even if you later request a return or refund for the product.

This applies to:

  • Orders where the customer pays the $7 flat-rate shipping fee
  • Any upgraded or expedited shipping options (if offered in the future)

Example: 

If you paid a $7 shipping fee and later return the item, we will refund the cost of the item itself (provided it meets our return criteria), but the $7  shipping fee you originally paid will not be refunded.

This policy applies regardless of:

  • Whether the return is for personal reasons
  • Whether the order was already in transit when the return was requested
  • Whether you return the item to China or we issue a partial refund without return

The only exception: If we make an error (wrong item, defect, damage) and we cannot provide a replacement, we will refund the full order total including shipping. See Section 7 below.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (Our Error)

If your order (custom or non-custom) arrives with:

  • Printing defects (missing design, misaligned print, wrong design)
  • Wrong item sent
  • Damage that affects wearability

We will make it right at no cost to you.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@z-axiswear.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We will offer (your choice):

  • Free replacement (shipped to you at no cost)
  • Full refund including original shipping fees (no return required)

We never ask you to ship defective items back to China.

8. Order Cancellations

After these windows, production may have started and cancellation is not possible. Email support@z-axiswear.com immediately to request a cancellation.

Cancellation refunds: If your order is canceled before shipping, we will refund the full amount including any shipping fees paid.

9. Refund Timing

All refunds are issued to your original payment method (PayPal).

10. Our Commitment to You

We are an honest, small business offering custom apparel at competitive prices. Our Return & Refund policy reflects our cost structure — not a lack of care.

We will always:

  • Clearly tell you our return address location before you buy
  • Never hide fees or surprises
  • Work with you to find a fair solution

If you are ever unhappy, just email us first. Most issues can be resolved without any return to China.
